Terms and Conditions

Check-In from 14:00 till 19:00
Earlier and later check-in upon request
Check-Out until 10:00

Low and Mid-season: 2 nights*
High season: 3-4 nights*

*exceptions may apply in specific periods. Please contact us directly if you have special date needs.

Tents are used and run by guests independently.
We will clean the tent and change bed sheets and towels every 4 nights.

Booking and cancellation terms and conditions

Reservations are confirmed with the payment of a deposit of 50% of the reservation total by bank transfer or PayPal.
The remaining amount is paid on the day of check-in.

In case of cancellation more than 14 days before check-in, the deposit paid will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.
Within 14 days prior to check-in, changing the arrival date or anticipating departure implies payment of the total amount of the stay.

No-show:
If a customer does not cancel by the day before check-in and does not show up, this will be considered a no-show. The no-show implies the payment of the total amount of the stay. If the customer does not contact management by 12:00 the day after check-in, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the tent will be made available for reservation again.
