FAQ

These are frequently asked questions.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

How does the wood-burning water heating work?

Because we openly stand up for ecology we chose a wood-burning water heating system for the park. Each accommodation unit is equipped with a water deposit and a small furnace outside . We operate it daily to provide hot water to the guests. It only requires a few embers and in less than 20 minutes the 120 litters of water in the deposit will be warm. The system does not require constant reactivation because the tank itself will keep the heat overnight. The stored water will last one or two days depending on the water usage.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally not allowed. If you have special needs please contact us.

Are family and friend visits allowed?

We allow two visitors during the day only. Visitors must register at the parks reception desk and are not allowed to stay overnight.

Is it allowed to smoke inside and outside the accommodation units?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the tents. If you smoke outdoors you must put out the cigarettes in the ashtrays. Non-compliance with this rule may result in anticipated departure of guests without refund.

I have reduced mobility. How is the parks accessibility?

One of the parks units, the Yurt, is provided with an access ramp and an adapted bathroom for people with reduced mobility. This is the closest tent to the Welcome Building. However, we warn that this site is located in a farmland and has therefore uneven and steep paths.
We recommend that if you chose to stay with us you come accompanied.

Should I take any special cares for my stay-over at the park?

In case you’re travelling with children be sure to watch over them when they play outsider, like in everyday life. Consider this is a nature park. Some species of palm trees have spikes and contact with its branches should be avoided. Respect the surrounding nature.
